The purpose of job search coaching is to help you discover opportunities not yet advertised, where the lowest competition is highest in your favor—at companies that are the best fit for your personality and your wealth of unique skills, experience, and knowledge. This is far from simply combing the job boards!
You will work one-on-one with a certified Job Search Strategy and Career Coach to use job search strategy tools, coupled with core experience in leveraging your brand and best attributes to produce an organized, purposeful, and results-focused job search.
Coaching Sessions: 60 minutes each, once or twice a week depending on your availability, with pre-and post- assignments.
Program materials: exercises, resources, tools, etc. are provided as necessary to best support your sustained learnings and application for success in your job search. A detailed ‘roadmap’ of your program will be provided for your reference in the process.
Knowledge and skills you will gain:
1) Clarify Your Target Job: Explore and determine what position are you seeking, and describe your ideal company.
2) Strategize a Targeted Search: Research and discove r companies that match your ideal company profile. List and expand promising target companies—it’s a numbers game!
3) Execute and Manage the Campaign: Create your multi-channel plan, and execute effectively to meet your goals.
4) Network and Research: Network to gather market intelligence (research) about target companies, names of company contacts, and get meetings with key decision makers.
5) Interviews and Salary Negotiations: Present your value effectively, control the interview, and negotiate the best salary for you.
