The work we will do in Find It and Frame It phase enables us to develop a clear message and positioning of your brand, which we will use to develop powerful and consistent communication throughout your short- and long-term endeavors.
Discover your brand. Understand yourself and gain clarity on your vision, purpose, values and passions as well as who and what you uniquely stand for and have to offer. Begin unearthing and extracting your distinguishing factors. In this phase, positioning is everything as we differentiate you from your competition and, most importantly, in the eyes of your target audience. We may use assessment tools (I also analyze the ones you may have already recently taken), such as 360Reach Assessment, StrengthsFinder2.0, Strong Interest Inventory, MBTI, or DISC, Kiersey, Golden, WBI, etc. Gain brand clarity and purpose!
Develop your brand. YES develops branded personal marketing materials that convey your unique message and value proposition. Includes biography, personal brand statement/elevator pitch, résumé, LinkedIn profile, letters of interest/ cover letters, executive narratives and profiles, and more, depending on what you need. In this phase, your brand comes alive and communicates your unique promise of value to the world!
