To give you the best résumé and/or biography, YES needs to get to know you. Where some firms use either a short questionnaire OR an interview, YES uses BOTH! In the process, you will receive a brief questionnaire, which will inquire about your career goals, experiences, and most importantly, your accomplishments.
Next we schedule an in-depth telephone interview, during which we expand on the material in your draft/old résumé , gather your most recent information, and ask questions to help us learn your strengths, accomplishments, potential, and goals. Any assessments or recommendations you possess will also be important in leveraging the power of your strengths and personal brand. This level of detail is imperative in creating a strong document that showcases your brand and highlights your unique value to an organization.
Extracting Your Best:
After this, a draft branded and stylized résumé is provided for your review, usually within five to seven business days. We will go over this on the phone or email with you, in order to capture your immediate impressions, thoughts and feedback. It is here that we will discuss changes or revisions.
Proof Review and Finalization:
You will receive the final résumé version in three formats:
1. MSWord- your ‘working’ document
2. .pdf- your ‘showcase’ version
3. plain text- for online applications or in ‘body of email’ submission
